Mennonite Central Committee
Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) is a worldwide ministry of Anabaptist churches which shares God's love and compassion for all in the name of Christ by responding to basic human needs and working for peace and justice. MCC envisions communities worldwide in right relationship with God, one another and creation. MCC works alongside local churches and communities in more than 50 countries, including Canada and the United States of America (USA), to carry out disaster relief, sustainable community development and justice and peace-building work in the name of Christ. MCC also seeks to build bridges to connect people and ideas across cultural, political and economic divides. Together, MCC U.S. and MCC Canada administer this work. MCC relies on the support of Mennonite and Brethren in Christ churches to provide committed, energetic workers, financial support and prayer for this worldwide ministry.

Peace Training Centre
Peace Training Centre (PTC) was founded in 2016 by alumni of the Africa Peacebuilding Institute (API) and West Africa Peace Institute (WAPI), in collaboration with Mennonite Central Committee (MCC). In 2019, PTC officially registered as a non-profit, non-governmental organization in Jos, Nigeria, with the Federal Republic of Nigeria under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). PTC envisions a peaceful society where there is good governance, mutual co-existence and sustainable development. Its mission is to build capacity in peace and development through training, research and documentation. PTC runs an annual training of specialised, culturally sensitive and context specific courses in conflict transformation and peacebuilding. The training meets PTC’s objectives to provide peace practitioners the opportunity to study, share and reflect on theory and practice as they relate to the past, present and emerging conflicts in Africa and beyond.
