He opened with the question, “Why do people fail to lead their lives?” By which he gave reasons that most people fail because they do not have God at the centre of their lives. He also mentioned that people fail because they do not understand their purpose, they procrastinate and often, lack discipline. Other important aspects of achieving goals are developing effective action plans, having self-confidence, being specific and commitment among others. He also recommended that it is essential to regularly monitor and evaluate progress towards achieving the goal.

Overall, the webinar was informative and beneficial for the participants.
