Participants attend a Graduation Ceremony after the final session of API. Graduates receive non-academic certificates which recognizes their participation in the institute.

In addition, they receive a USB flash drive with electronic copies of all the material they used at API in order to continue their peace training and share resources within their community. It is expected that, as alumni, they can train others in how to build peace. Sharing the materials without receiving training is not recommended.

Approximately six months after API, alumni are asked to share stories, testimonies and experiences of how they have applied their peace training in their life and workplace. This encourages alumni to continue to grow and learn peace-building long after they leave API.
