Interested applicants should meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of high school (secondary school) level of education;
• Competency in either English or Portuguese in both verbal and written communication;
• Recommendation of MCC Representative or other MCC partner organizations;
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in the field of peace and development work (excepetion can be made upon recommendation of MCC Rep or supervisor);
• Compelling response was given to the application essay question "Statement of Intent";
• Willingness to sign and abide by the rules of the Ethical Statement; and
• Commitment to peace, non-violence and reconciliation.
