It is the applicant’s responsibility to get the necessary visa to travel to South Africa. With the exception of SADC countries, most African passport-holders are required to have a visa to enter South Africa. The Department of Home Affairs (DHA) website can assist in determining these requirements (http://www.dha.gov.za/index.php/immigration-services/exempt-countries). Please note that these requirements are subject to change without notice. API will do its best to provide documents for visa applications, including providing a Proof of Accommodations letter from the venue and other documents, upon request.
